We will do an audit of your website so that we have an understanding of possible areas of improvement and various elements that we need to address. This audit will assess things like page speed, mobile friendliness and quality of content, among others. Once we have an understanding of where your content is, we'll develop a strategy for editing and production over the course of the next year.

MONTH 2
Website & Google Business Optimization

We will take the information we learned from the website audit and address any issues that we came across. This will primarily be focused on technical and on-page SEO at the start, but we will also be working on content. We also optimize your Google Business Profile as this can be very important, especially for local SEO.

MONTHS 3-12
Content Rollout and Ongoing Optimization

We will keep working the content strategy we developed and will also continue to optimize your website for technical, on-site and off-site SEO. As time progresses and we continue to add high value content to your website, it will grow in domain authority, visitors and overall sessions, which will expose more people to your products/services.

What is SEO?

Why is SEO important for my business?

It's not enough to just have a quality website these days. If you don't work to optimize it so that search engines like Google can easily see and know what your business does, then it won't know to serve you up as an option in search results. When it comes to SERP's (search engine results pages), you want to be found, not drowned.

Will I get results quickly?

The short answer is no. But don't worry! SEO is a long strategy game that will pay off in dividends once you start to rank. So, it's important to just get going! It will likely take 3-6 months to start seeing any real movement in the search rankings.

How do you measure success with SEO?

We measure success with a number of factors: Site speed, Web traffic, and keyword rankings. We use various tools to help understand these things and develop reports, including Google Search Console, SERanking and Uber Suggest, among others.

What's the difference between on-page and off-page SEO?

On-page SEO refers to optimizations done directly to your website to increase site speed, page quality, and keyword focus, while off-page SEO has more to do with external factors, including Google Business Profile optimization and backlink building.

Do I have to sign a contract?

Yes, but it's for a reason. We do a minimum of 12 months on an SEO contract. It's unlikely you'll see results much before 3-6 months, so we want to make sure we have enough time to really get our teeth into the project.

Our content strategy primarily revolves around making sure your website is a pleasure to read, that it brings value to your customers, and that pages are optimized for specific keywords that match user intent.

How do you build backlinks for my website?

We first research backlink opportunities by finding high quality websites that would make sense for your industry. Then, we identify specific opportunities, largely around content marketing, including various kinds of outreach, guest posting, and broken link repair.
